Detailed evidence of the issue, including photographs, videos, or third-party inspection reports, if applicable.

AKS General Traders reserves the right to inspect the reported products or arrange for third-party verification before approving a refund.

4. Exclusions

Refunds will not be processed in the following situations:

Issues arising due to mishandling, improper storage, or negligence by the client.

Damages caused during transportation, as logistics are handled by third-party providers.

Delays caused by third-party logistics providers, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.

Minor variations in product specifications that are within the acceptable industry standards.

5. Refund Process

Once a refund request is approved, the process will follow these steps:

Refund amount and method will be mutually agreed upon.

Refunds will typically be issued via bank transfer or other agreed payment methods.

Processing time for refunds may vary depending on the nature of the transaction but will not exceed 30 business days after approval.

6. Amendments to the Policy
